We accept referrals from clients direct or from other professionals, most usually solicitors. You will find our Referral Forms in this section – please download and complete as much information as you can.
You are welcome to post, fax or email the forms back to us. We aim to contact you within 3 days to offer an assessment meeting, and can often offer mediation sessions at short notice.
It is vitally important that everyone who comes to mediation feels safe, and this underpins all that we do at Mediation Now. If you think that we need to know anything that will help us keep you safe, please let us know immediately.
We will need a completed Mediation Information Form prior to starting the first session so please do download from here and complete this ready for your assessment meeting.
Local Solicitors
We have developed relationships with many of the local family solicitors, who provide us with most of our referrals. If you don’t yet have a solicitor, we will try and recommend someone close to you.
If you would like to refer yourself for mediation, you can download our Standard Referral Form. If you are a solicitor, or other professional, and would like to refer a client to Mediation Now, please use our Solicitors Referral Form.
