Sole Mediation
Each session will last 90 minutes and is charged at £200 per hour plus VAT. Our fees are payable at the end of each session, although we may in some circumstances ask you to pay a fee of £150 plus VAT at the time of booking, which will be deducted from your final session fees.
Co or shuttle Mediation
This session will be carried out by two mediators, usually because separate rooms are required. The session typically helps with particularly complex issues. It also works best for vulnerable clients where a shuttle service is needed. However by its very nature, this can sometimes result in longer sessions. Our charges for co-mediations are £300 per hour, plus VAT.

Mediation information and Assessment Meeting (MIAM)
If you qualify for free mediation there will be no charge for the MIAM.
If you do not qualify for free mediation the meeting will be charged at £30 plus VAT per person. We will then deduct that fee from your first full mediation session, so that in effect it will also be free for those of you that attend mediation.
