This is a complex area and is only undertaken by our specially trained mediators. It will typically require at least one meeting with both parents before an appointment can be set up with a child and will also usually include a reporting meeting once the children’s sessions are concluded, which we use as a time to feed back any concerns to parents. We anticipate that the two parent meetings will last approximately an hour each, and the child consultation itself will last no more than one hour, depending upon the age of the children involved. Our charges for this are calculated at £200 per hour plus VAT, which is usually paid equally by the parents.
